Pretty Pleats with Sugar on Top?

This card was inspired by some very pretty fabrics for the inspiration challenge over at SCS. I decided to pleat my paper to make a fabric effect. I also frayed the edges which I think helped it look more like aged fabric too. Aren’t these papers pretty? I love the soft victorian feel of them. They are from the K-ology (K& Company) Verbena Scrap Pad. I used a sentiment from Verve Visual’s Happy Thoughts set.
