Hello!
Today I have a double challenge card to share with you. My inspiration for this card came from Beate’s Be Inspired piece from last Tuesday, and I used her weekend sketch # 52.
When I saw the inspiration (a beautiful 3 tier Martha Stewart cake) I thought that the layered sketch would work really well with it.
I cuttled the middle panel using the Stylized Flowers folder. The papers are from Basic Grey’s Infuse collection.
What I pulled from the inspiration piece were the rose red colored flowers and the stripes of rose red icing that looked like rickrac ribbon to me.
I attached the Merci tag with a mini red brad. The layered flower in the top corner is pieced from Basic Grey die cuts.
