Be Merry and CAS!

Posted by Deena on December 1, 2009

Hi everyone!  I hope you all had a great weekend! How was Thanksgiving for those of you in the U.S.A?  Wonderful,  and busy I expect!  We took a quick trip to my Sisters and then on to my Mom’s house over the weekend. They live an hour apart, and 3 hours away from me.  It felt so great to see my Sister and her family and of course my Mom and Grandma!  It’s so hard to say goodbye though.  My Grandma is 86 and each goodbye gets harder. I did get some nice photos of us that I will try to post soon!

This is just a quick post today to show you the latest cuttlebug design card I made.  It is clean and simple and I think just perfect for mass producing!   I decided to sell a few of these in my Etsy Shop too.

I’ve made it for the Cuttlebug Spot challenge this week as well- winter theme.

The top part of the white panel is embossed with snowflakes using the cuttlebug and snowflakes folder.  I also scored a line under the embossing, added a real red ribbon and stamped “be merry” (Stampin’ Up!  Warm words).   The panel is matted with real red card stock, and mounted on a whisper white card stock base.

Thanks for stopping by, and have a creative day!
