I had a very busy day. It started with picking up our little boy after his weekend trip away from us! I was very happy to have him back with us again. I missed him! Then we all went to swimming class and I sat and watched them swim while I had a nice steam bath (so hot in there! ). They have their lessons 15 minutes apart for 1/2 hr each. It actually works out really well.
It’s the first time my 3 yr old takes lessons and he is having a blast! I was so proud of him! He was listening to the instructor and trying everything with no fear! He just loves the water. My older son loves it too. They both want a pool in our backyard, but I think it would be so much work to maintain and I would worry so much about accidents. I’m not a swimmer which is why they are both going to learn how to swim. I didn’t learn, and as a result I have a certain unease about being in water, which I do NOT want to pass on to them. Des would like a pool too, but doesn’t think it would really fit. So I’m safe for now. Whew! If we ever do get one, I would go take some lessons. Never too late to learn right?
Anyway, we were out most of the day and I was just so tired when we got home…and there was still homework, cleaning up, laundry, cooking supper… it’s the routine things that tire me out the most, YKWIM? So, I didn’t have time to stamp today. Too tired to start stamping now. I will make time tomorrow!
Have a great night!
