My boys will be staying home tomorrow because a bad flu bug has hit our home. Tonight’s treat filled box and mini 3X3 cards are for them for Halloween. But then I got to thinking that in order to keep them quiet tomorrow, I may just set them to mass producing these for their friends at school! 🙂
Even though they are sick, it takes more than a flu to keep them down! I think some crafting just might do the trick and exactly what I will need to keep my sanity! 🙂
The box is super easy and quick to make. I started with a 9″ x 5″ sheet of Chocolate Chip cs and scored at 1″, 4″, 5″, and 8″ on the wider side. Then at 1″ in on both ends of the 5″ side. You can see Jen del Muro’s template for where to cut in a pdf file Here. I just changed the dimension of the box for this one.
