There is a LOT of SNOW here, so I am not talking about that kind of green Christmas! No, the limited supply challenge on friday on SCS was for us to go green, meaning reuse, or recycle something and use it on our cards. Now, I keep my Christmas cards from one year to the other for sentimental reasons, as well as for recycling bits! 🙂
I pulled off three die cuts from one card, and made three new cards with them. I am pretty pleased with myself. 😉 hehehe
I also reduced wasted paper by simply complying with the rules of Sharon’s Stamp Simply Challenge. She asked us to use only a 2 inch strip of decorative paper on our cards. So that is exactly what I did, using Flourishes beautiful glitter paper.
Simple, green, cards. I love it!!
Stamps: Take Three sentiment Stampin’ Up!
Paper: Kiwi Kiss cs, Flourishes glitter
Ink: Ruby Red Stampin Up!
Thanks for stopping by! I really appreciate it, as I know how busy everyone is during the Holidays. That’s why I’m keeping this short and sweet!
I hope you are enjoying the holiday spirit!
Those are fab. Holy Man you have been busy. Hugs, JAime
