Hi everyone! Hope you all had a great weekend!
It’s tuesday already and my youngest son is finished school and the other only has this week and two days left! I am as happy as he is to find there is no homework this last week! Time to kick back and relax a bit! It is really starting to warm up too and I am loving it!! Life is good.
O.k onto my card for today! You will be seeing a lot of birthday cards from me this next week! I have an order of 15 to make. I am really happy about it, because all the money is going to The Weekend To End Breast Cancer!! My friend walks the 60 k walk to raise money for cancer research and this is her third year!! She needs to raise a minimum of $2000. , so I have been helping out each year by selling some cards for the cause.
Here is the first of the 15 birthday cards…
I used Pretty in Pink cs for the base and Chocolate chip for the first panel. The next panel is Basic Grey Bittersweet dp, then Pretty in Pink again. I wrapped the chocolate chip satin ribbon around the top panel and popped the cupcake, that I pieced together with SU! dp, onto the corner with dimensional foam adhesive. The bad news is I’m now hungry for some chocolate, and I don’t have any in the house!!!
Remember when I mentioned that I would be adding to my blog candy? Well here is the first addition:
4 sheets of Basic Grey Bittersweet 6″ x6″
1 pack of Stampin’ Up! crochet Fleurettes
Hope you like these extras! For the main Candy see the 100,000 Hits Blog Candy Post and leave a comment there for your chance to get all the creative candy!
Have a creative day!!
