Flourishes Timeless Tuesday Challenge is asking us to bring our “vintage style” to the table! For some reason, I reach for vanilla, or yellow when i think “vintage”. So this is how I interpreted this vintage challenge…
Everything is distressed and sponged using Tim Holtz Distress Tea dye ink. I even sponged some tea dye ink on the lace ribbon, which gave it a nice tattered look, that I like. The button is mother of pearl from my stash of vintage findings that an antique shop owner had given me years ago. I cut the bird and frame with my cricut and Home Decor cartridge at 2 inches and sponged it too.
Wonderful card Deena, beautiful stamps and paper.
