Simply Paper Pieced

I love it when a card comes together like it was nothin‘!

I made this simple paper pieced vase using two Unity stamps. I stamped the flower first on the white card stock,  then the vase on the dp (My Mind’s Eye Lime twist). I used Jilly bean soup blossom soup dp for the background panel…you need to look closely to see that it’s not the same as the vase dp!   The die cut layer was cut using the Graphically Speaking cartridge in my Cricut expression.  The center of the flower and the outline of the oval  is lightly inked with mint blue Copic  B01.  I stamped the Flourishes (taglines) sentiment and voila!

I’d like to mention that this card was inspired by Limedoodle’s beautiful CAS cards!  I didn’t  case any particular card, but I spent some time perusing her blog and was surely inspired!

I’m playing in a few challenges:

fun with shapes and more: what you want

Joyful Stamper: Inspire me Fridays anything goes

So glad you had a moment to spend with me!
