Rain Rain Go Away

A quick CAS card today, yes, I’m wishing the rain would GO AWAY!

I’ve used digi images from DigiScrapDelights and designed the card using My Memories Suite Software (see coupon code in sidebar).  I added teeny tiny flat back pearls in pale blue here and there for the finishing touch.
