Now on to my card for today! I made a CAS card using my new ‘COUNTRY HEART CHAIR’ image. These NEW IMAGES are available as of today at SQUIGGLEFLY and A CREATIVE NEED…
A chair can have so much ‘character’ and charm don’t you think? They are so appealing to me; I just had to add a chair to my image collection! We had a sweet rocking chair with a heart cut into the chairback for my boys when they were little, and that is what inspired me to draw this image.
I made a CAS design by top folding a 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″ white cardstock, and layering it with a 4 1/8 x 5 3/8″ scored panel (scored at every 1/2″). I coloured the chair with warm grey and putty copics and matted it with a panel of grey cardstock. I used Stampin’ Up warm words ‘welcome’ sentiment and tied a simple bow of earth tone hemp twine.
I love that new chair image. I love white cards.

I love how you used the country chair Deena. The white and sand colors look great with that pop of red.
