CAS Black and White

I wanted to write a quick post to say that I decided to play along in the CASology challenge.  I love CAS challenges and this one in particular caught my eye as I enjoy making black and white cards.  I find them so striking, so this was a perfect opportunity! I’ve used my A Creative Need digital image SHALL WE DANCE  and My Memories Software to create the card with digital papers.  I’m also entering my card into Penny’s Challenge to use black or bling. CAS Gift Bag

 I made this little gift bag for the CAS-ual Fridays challenge, and the Crafty Ribbons Challenge.  It will make a sweet little add on for a Christmas gift!  I added a bow and glued on some snowflake embellishments to a mesh bag I bought at the dollar store.   The snowman is a chipboard sticker embellishment that I form cut a magnetic backing for, and voila! A cute little magnet for the fridge during the holidays!  I created the tag using my A Creative Need BELLS AND HOLLY image, which is a new release in my ACN shop this month, and colored it with copics and glitter pens.  The tag is 1 1/4″ round including the gold glitter circle back. The cold has set in, so it is a little easier to start thinking ahead to such things as Christmas and Holiday card making!  Have a great day everyone! My friend Peggy and I were talking about the Mojo Monday sketch challenge yesterday, and our conversation inspired me to play along!  This is what I came up with… The papers and embellishments are all part of the MMS digital Ahhtumn kit by Mandy King.  I love these whimsical owls!  My card is Autumn themed for the Brown Sugar Challenge and also in keeping with our own A Creative Need red and brown October color challenge. A Little Wedding Cheer

I’ve used my WEDDING BUBBLY digital image to create this sparky gold wedding card for my niece.  She had a non traditional wedding in early September and it was a blast! I danced my feet off; SO MUCH FUN!!   This image is in my FREEBIE section here on my blog for a little while longer, so grab it while you can!   It’s a fun  image that is pre-colored in gold and would work wonderfully for New Year’s cards, anniversaries or any romantic celebration!  And remember, I love to see what you create, so please do shout it out and let me oooh and ahhh over your creations!! 🙂 Thanks for stopping by; you know I  love it when you do 😉  Deena
